European Community of Practice

As we get ready to invite in the community facilitators, here are some things I'm wondering about:

• what kind of welcoming and support practices do we want to start with?
• what KIND of help do we think people will need?
• what sort of marketing should be done on site and by the community in other channels?
• where do we want to get early user feedback and how will we do site modifications - making sure the facilitators are aware of the changes. 

As we start to get the site up and running, it is time to have the  Facilitators begin their work. Please encourage the facilitators from your country to log in and join the CoP!
