Mission Statement

Our aims in this community are to:

 

• get to know the methods, tools and approaches that enable innovation and mainstreaming in EQUAL;
• share different management practices that promote innovation between EQUAL and ESF;
• discuss and improve these new forms of management and the methods and tools that support them;
• involve and mobilize ESF managers, their operators and projects leaders towards innovation and mainstreaming in the ESF context;
• support managers in their adoption and adapting of these tools or management practices in the context of their own programmes;
• create a learning dynamic that extends beyond EQUAL.
• to take the EQUAL principles into the ESF 2007-2013 programmes.

Who are the potential members of this community?

• Any ESF manager or member of a technical support structure and operators who would like to promote innovation and mainstreaming in their programmes or projects.
