How to transfer best practices in equal projects (Spain)
As a complement to the protocol for the identification of good practices, this tool gives practical guidance on how to transfer a selected best practice into an area needing improvement.
The atached document has a good theory based context, but most important, has an Anex with the step-by-step transfer process.
It basically starts with the definition and specific selection of a good experience that can be transferred into another environment. In this same first phase, the user will also have to carefully select the destination of the transfer, making sure the resource and the destination area match.
Second phase: Objectives. There has to be a reasoning for the transfer and that includes what the user is looking for through the transfer. What is the aim of the whole process. What it is envisaged and where the need lies. This context is crucial to define other elements as well.
The stake holders: This long process will involve different actors and players and they must be identified since the beggining, because at a given point they will be call to act.
Work plan: At this stage a detailed work program will be discussed and agreed in order to follow a reasonable path considering all the elements already identified.
Follow up and evaluation: As an standard practice in all processes, the final part of it will be the drafting of the evaluation system.
