"Selling"of innovations, Manual for mainstreaming project results
It often proves difficult to convey the products and insights developed in labour market projects to other parties. Project promotors are often primarily concerned with the results of their own project and the recipients for mainstreaming often take a critical view of the innovation. As a result interesting innovations do not make it into policy or practice. Much experience with succes and failure factors for mainstreaming was amassed during the European Equal initiative in the Netherlands. This manual for mainstreaming (by Reseach voor Beleid, that is part of the research group Panteia) is based on a study of the working methods and mainstreaming results in all the Equal projects that promote equal opportunities on the labour market in an innovative manner.
The manual is valuable for all innovative projects that strive to mainstreeam succesful and transferable innovations. Both those involved in project organisation and decision-makers in the policy field can benefit from this.
The concept of mainstreaming is explained in chapter 1, The practices of mainstreaming are explained in chapter 2 (preparation), 3 (implementation) and 4 (aftercare).

Mainstreaming in the Netherlands
It's great to have your mainstreaming manual in the COP, Margo!
More we share more we learn !
Can you also include in the platform the 2 pages document distributed in Warsow on the ESF&Social Innovation in Netherlands?
Thanks, Maria do Carmo Nunes
