The Equal Follow up Committee decided to ellaborate a TRansfer Plan of the best results obtained during the first phase of Equal.The plan sets different transfer levels:HORIZONTAL TRANSFERThe first step is to ensure that partners within the AD (Development Partnership) make full use of the results, methodologies and best fruits of the project.ENLARGED HORIZONTAL TRANSFERMaking accessible those best practices to other stake holders working in the same field although they are not part of the ADVERTICAL TRANSFERApplying best practices to local, regional and national policies, Operational Programs, Sectorial Plans, etc.
