Product Innovation Assessment (Poland)
Posted January 29th, 2008 by Bev TraynerProduct innovation discussed above is a necessary but insufficient condition for the ultimate success of the programme. To be able to talk of any progress in achieving the goals of the EQUAL CIP, the products developed by partnerships must not only be innovative, but also useful for developing the social policy conducted at present.
It's the future, stupid.
Posted July 6th, 2007 by conceptmanBeware! Here we assemble the best practices and instruments springing from all the management instruments the Equal programme has come up with in the last seven years. You could think it is all about the past, about a European objective you can forget about now. That would be a pity. Actually, we are selecting the very best tools you can use IN FUTURE. They are concrete, practical, handy, you name it. Explore, discover. And you will be using them. Temptation will be too strong. Promise.

What do we mean by social innovation?
A socially innovative solution is new, effective, suitable and adequate for the social context and needs of the target group and is socially recognised. Innovation in ESF is the means to test alternative ways of investing in human capital and to ensure that all groups, particularly those most disadvantaged in the labour market, can participate fully.
